Finished Friday
Wow, has this week sped past me but I have actually been much busier than normal, I have walked at least 7000 steps on four days, have cooked and frozen at least a week’s worth of meals, have registered as a volunteer one morning a week, may have found a suitable venue for some weekday workshops, am working on some Curated Mystery Boxes for the website, and have now gathered together supplies and done some basic layering and framing for the five potential layouts started in my Tuesday Tips and Techniques blogpost, which if you missed it you can read over at https://snazzysstudio.online/journal/tuesday-tip
As you can see from the photos, it is all looking very seasonal and I have collected stamps, stencils, inks, embossing glazes and some basic dies which I think will help add depth and interest to the backgrounds of these layouts. I have scoped out four of the layout bases, nothing yet stuck down, but I am not happy with the fifth one, however that may come together once I start building the others, or perhaps if I change out the photos I printed for it, we’ll see. For the first time in around three months I am looking forward to scrapping and hope it might give you some ideas too. Look out for the process videos over on Snazzys Studio Facebook page over the weekend.
Let me know in the comments below if this is the kind of videos you enjoy, I am still looking for a venue for a monthly workshop too so would like to know if that is something you might be interested in. Thank you for stopping by, and don’t forget to bookmark the blog so you don’t miss any posts Valx
