Let’s talk about…

Hi, it’s Tuesday 12 September and one week on from publishing the new website I wanted to talk a little about my vision for Snazzys Studio Online. This morning I have added a section for the beautiful Aall & Create stencils to the shop, and adding more items from a whole range of brands will be an on going mission, but I always wanted Snazzys Studio to be about more than just selling a few bits you might want. One of the reasons I used to enjoy teaching workshops was helping you to make the most of the products you own, the ones hiding in the drawer or the back of the cupboard as well as the shiny new things that have just caught your eye. So, from next week I will be adding some tutorials with lots of tips & techniques covering stamping, scrapbooking, art journaling and mini books, with simple projects for you to try, starting with just one or two each week but building to daily over the next couple of months. I have also been thinking about returning to teaching in person workshops but am not sure, post COVID with everything moving to online, whether there is any demand for this. I realised today the last in person workshop I taught was in November 2019, and with everything that has happened since, I quite honestly haven’t been paying attention. Is this something you would attend? What would you like to learn? Are you a card maker? A scrapbooker? Into mixed media? Love art journaling? What sort of projects do you/would you enjoy making? Some advice and feedback in the comments below would be really helpful, and very much appreciated.
