Scrappy Sunday
Hello friends and welcome to my first blog post of 2025 where I plan to blog more regularly as I craft more regularly. So, on the basis that a bit more organisation might lead to a bit more crafting, I was prepping some papers and printing some photos for next weekend’s local crop and I found myself making a page with some photos from 2013!
Now for the eagle eyed amongst you who spotted the date on the top of this post is in fact a Monday NOT a Sunday, I made most of the page yesterday evening but (as ever) it just didn’t feel finished so this morning I added a few bits.
I am happier with this now and so pleased to have found these photos, I had forgotten all about them but they evoke such happy memories. We had been visiting my Mother in her care home and decided on the spur of the moment to sneak off to Cupar for quick coffee before rejoining the rest of the family. As we were driving through Ladybank Woods, with the road pretty much to ourselves, the Headmaster slowed down and stopped the car. When I asked why he simply said ‘I felt sure you would want to take a photo and the camera is in the glove box’, as ever, my Mr (almost always) Right.
Papers and Cut Aparts are from Christmas Charm Collection and Woodgrain Mini Creative Pad by P13, the stamps used are Tim Hotz CMC424 Tiny Text Christmas by Stampers Anonymous, and the acrylic words are by Bramble Fox.
Hope to see you back here very soon, bye for now.
